French Bread Festival makes its debut in Hong Kong

In 2024, the French Bread Festival made its debut in Hong Kong, China, coinciding with World Bread Day, and was grandly held at the official residence of the French Consulate in Hong Kong.

Organized by Business France with support from the Hong Kong Bakery Professionals Association, the event attracted numerous professionals from Hong Kong and neighboring regions, including bakers, restaurant and hotel executives, and apprentices. The festival aimed to provide a platform for local French bakeries and baking material suppliers to showcase their products and foster exchanges, while promoting the technical expertise and cultural values of France's bread-making industry.
